The apartment has everything you need.It's close to the beach, about 15 min walk, and the shops,bakery, and plenty of restaurants close to.Very nice and calm place perfect to rest and for families.
Bed should be renewed. it's too old, and some new modern mattress would be fine refreshment.Some sun protection on the balcony would be nice.Parasol,Sunshade.

Al good except as noted below. Air conditioning OK although sited above outside balcony space - location excellent for local bakery restaurants supermarket & Nin centre & beaches.
The 2no wardrobes were a bit rickety & could have done with some more shelving space. Outside space small so couldn't place drying rack outside at same time as persons (although space @ ground level to hang washing)

The hosts were great and very nice. They didn't speak English, but I spoke broken German :D The apartment was very clean and there was everything we needed (air conditioning, towels, soap, dishes, cutlery, plates). Very good sparkling water and cold beer were waiting for us in the room. The location was good - 15 minutes walk from two beaches and also the center, supermarket and bakery where we bought our breakfast :)
The only thing that bothered us was the uncomfortable pillow and sheets like a blanket. Bats were flying at night and the terrace of our apartment was directly under them, so every morning we found droppings on the table and chairs on the terrace.
