Lovely staff, good food

Our stay at this hotel was overall okay. The front desk staff was lovely and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Anuradha, who showed us genuine kindness and support, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of whenever we approached reception.

We felt it was slightly overpriced for what it offers. The installations and overall facilities felt somewhat outdated considering the price point. While everything was functional, it didn’t quite meet the standard we expected for the amount we paid. The gym facilities in particular were old and not very well cleaned, which was disappointing. The pool bar service was another letdown. It was often difficult to locate staff, and when ordering food to the pool, it took much longer than it should have. On several occasions, we had to get up ourselves and request service more than once, which took away from what should have been a relaxing experience.

Clean and spacious, nice friendly staff, very good location. Facilities were great, more seating needed at dinner needed so people not waiting. Local fishermen on the beach was a great experience to see.

Breakfast did not start until 7:30 this is late for anyone wanting to get to the airport early, they did a pack up though. For the money this hotel charges breakfast would have been nice to have so would suggest 6am. Taxi from hotel to airport is £50+ very expensive.
