La tranquilidad del lugar y la amabilidad del personal. Los departamentos (cabañas) son muy cómodas y están bien equipadas.

Design of the place, secure parking, comfortable bed, breakfast served to the room, nice pool area
A lot of things were not cleaned properly (shower, cabinet under sink, kitchen items, backyard, wet spots on the ceiling) > after asking for it, they cleaned the shower
Breakfast very late (on arrival we were told breakfast is after 09:30, came 10:00am, also next day we were not asked what time we want breakfast, after asking for an earlier time they did it. But I should not have to ask for it, they should ask me
Pool cleaning is every morning at least from 08:00-11:00am. So could use the pool only with the sweeper robot running. Robot did not clean the sitting step along the length of the pool (visible sand deposits)
In summary for their prize point I would expect higher standards. These issues I would be willing to deal with for half the prize.
Also not so foreigner friendly and it's not so nice to be always referred to as Gringo by the staff.
