I liked the location and the organisation of the apartment itself. I loved the espresso machine :) I liked availability of the pool and gym. The host was very kind. He assisted me in getting the timeslots for the pool and gym in the building, which appeared hard in covid times. The host provided a swimming cap for me after I failed to find a nearby shop to buy one, because I had a strict timeslot to use the pool. Good wifi for work. The apartment was very clean, the washing machine worked nicely.

I didnt like there is a view to other windows and some less privacy due to window covers not totally fitting. This is a semi residential-business building with very strict rules on who can and cannot use the pool and gym and how and when. For the pool you need a cap otherwise they dont allow you to use the pool. I had few unpleasant situations because the stuff assumed I used the pool in my sport shoes, accusing me and threatening they will check at the camera. Probably they had some unpleasant situation before. Of course, they did not find anything so they left me alone. This kind of thing has never happened to me before. They were very hostile. So, be sure to read all rules and ask the host for all the rules in the building. I would also suggest the host to send to all guests all the rules prior to check-in.

Great location, close to everything.

The room was not clean (hair everywhere, mold in bathroom and shower, toilet had leftovers-gross!) and the entire apartment was rather run down. Definitely not worth the price asked or the headache of check-in, check out or the additional deposit you have to make (outside of your breaking reservation) before arriving
