Very enjoyable stay let down by some aspects of apartment.

Self catering. Location of apartment excellent.

Bed in master bedroom unacceptable. Mattress stained and smelled of urine. Beds in second not very comfortable.

This was family/group holiday and the villa was lovely, comfortable and spacious.

The location was excellent and very close to the beach. There were two pools which were warm and plenty of space around them to relax. The restaurant within the complex was handy with great views of the sea and sunset.

Three of the rooms were in the basement which for the younger people a little uncomfortable.

Perfectly Equipped Beachfront Escape

Extremely spacious property in beautiful setting. The apartment was extremely well-equipped—everything you could possibly need was provided, from kitchen tools and cooking equipment to basic food supplies. Very easy to settle in. The location is stunning, set right on the beach with a gorgeous pool perfect for relaxing. There on-site restaurant with fantastic views and a decent selection of food. The setting overall is peaceful and picturesque, and just a 10-minute drive from Estepona town, so having a car was definitely handy for exploring the area.

Food quality at the on site restaurant was average.

the floors were quite dirty. utensils were very dirty. I was very disappointed especially with the amount I paid

it was spacious

the fridge kept us awake for the first 5 days, we could not open the washing machine, we had no fob for front gate and gate to beach so one member of the family had to stay behind when we went for a walk on the beach so they could open gate on the beach. we had to rely on security guard to open front gate. if he was not around we would have to wait ages. our takeaway pizza got cold as we could not get in gate. we were disappointed that it was difficult to play table tennis as there were beds stocked next to the table tennis table. the tap was loose in the kitchen and we had no hot water in the kitchen we had to fill the bowl up in the bathroom there were no water down stairs at all. so we could use toilet or shower or bedroom down stairs. my shower went cold after 2 minutes.

Big 4 bedroom place but really needs an upgrade to justify the price

Well located. The complex was well kept and the pools were clean and have inflatable toys for the kids to play with. There are 4 bedrooms so we were able to accommodate our big group. The outside area was nice and the barbecue was functional and a great feature

The house is in serious need of a renovation. There are plumbing issues with the downstairs bathroom and the whole lower level smells of blocked pipes. The furniture was old and probably could do with a freshen up. The beds were not comfortable and the linen was basic and not great quality. We paid a lot of money to stay in this apartment and overall I felt that we could have done a lot better for the price we paid.

Amazing!

The location is perfect - no shops etc, but we knew that and didn't want/need any because we had a car. The apartment/house was beautiful, the complex is also beautiful - as are the pools, especially the 2 right next to the beach. Lovely, chilled restaurant with lovely servers. The beach is very quiet with free parasols and beds, there's a pool table in the restaurant for everyone to enjoy. Food was all delicious and not over priced. All in all, loved our stay here. I can't speak for all of the accommodations, because one of the 2 bed apartments we have also stayed in was not so lovely, this town house was beautiful though...but you still have the lovely pools and beach no matter which one you stay in.

WIFI is a bit sketchy and my pet hate is people putting towels on the pool beds early on then not coming out until lunch time. Rude! Other than that, Dominion Beach as a whole is a very lovely place to stay.

let me start with the host, as he was just amazing! thank you fran, you made our stay extra special as you were simply a

oled tv, pool table and pingpong. place was clean, beds are comfy. Fran was an amazing host, and honestly havent had a single issue, big thumbs up to him!

there were some things that were broken, such as surround sound and projector. although that didnt really matter as the oled tv made up for it as its just a stunning tv.

1 Week Holiday

The apartment was situated in the middle of complex, so you don't have a view or a usable garden(which was only an issue as our toddler couldn't run around). The complex is situated on a very busy road, so there is road noise. Luckily as we were situated in the middle it didn't effect us too badly. Check-in wasn't a great experience. There was confusion as they didn't have my correct telephone number, however I called at least three times when we were there and no-one answered. I also sent a few e-mails & the responses weren't helpful. When we managed to talk to someone about the keys, they told us to wait 30mins ( ended up being over an hour). -If check in is from 3pm, I don't understand why no one was available more readily from 3pm and why I have to call when I'm 30 minutes away.

It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our apartment was large and the beds were big too. It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen which was great as we have a toddler. It was easy to find as it's on a main road.
