Traditional wooden house from outside, very modern from inside. Very nice 2 shared bathrooms and fully equipped shared kitchen. Free coffee and tea available. Just next to iconic hilltop church (perfect view is from the road from Visp)

Set in a historic village! After the Simplon Pass heading from Italy. This was the first stop on our tour of Switzerland, nestled in a valley. The host provided easy instruction with friendly greetings on arrival. There were clear, easy-guided points to understand the shared accommodation, especially for 1st-time travellers in our 20s. The hosts, Heinz and Jelena, were both friendly and welcoming. They truly made us feel welcomed. Good info about things to do locally and further afield. The view from the kitchen was special⭐️👍. Very good facilities in the kitchen. Large bedroom. We decided to stay another night, which worked out perfectly to use as a base for Zermatt. The supermarket was a couple of minutes’ walk away, literally. Note: After reading a few negative reviews/comments from the past, I would like to reiterate that they are very unfair and unwarranted—please ignore! It was truly beautiful, a great experience! Thank you again, from the Aussie travellers.

Lovely little village location. The b&b was very cosy with the traditional wooden style. Everything was clean. There were many facilities available like coffee machine, washing machine, even little souvenirs for a reasonable extra fee. We loved exploring all the interesting decoration and trinkets the host had around the house! When checking in he made sure to explain everything we may need.

Only thing to recommend is make sure you have cash and change if you want to use any of the extras as you can’t pay by card. Check in is quite late but there is a storage room you can use before hand.
