Duplex Penthouse with View of Bacutia Beach, with Jacuzzi, 3 Parking Spaces

We arrived to an apartment with no sheets, towels, handsoap, one kitchen trash bag, and limited toilet paper. The picture listed seems to be an old picture because 2 tall buildings have been built in front of 90% of the ocean view showed in the listing photo. While the property owner was quick in replying to messages and was attentive in sending someone with sheets, towels and toilet paper the next morning, we had a really rough first night traveling with our family with small children hoping to wash our hands from the airport (!), shower, and get a good night of sleep. We had none of that. In addition, we bought batteries for the AC remotes which were not working, additional large trash bags for the kitchen, hand soap for the bathrooms, shampoo and conditioner for some of the bathrooms, and a good cutting knife for the kitchen. We wished we were welcomed differently and information about the apartment had been provided upfront (i.e. wifi password; dates the jacuzzi service person would come; where to put the trash in the building, and other details like that). Lastly I would encourage the owner to update the main listing photo with the different and new views. The two new buildings blocking the ocean view which we thought we would have was a shocking and disappointing reality.
