O custo benefício é excelente. Serviu muito bem ao propósito da viagem.
A limpeza deixou a desejar. Tinha até um esqueleto de uma lagartixa debaixo do sofá da sala, e fomos obrigados a ficar ouvindo o funck do vizinho. Mas fora isso, tudo dentro dos conformes.

Apartamento amplo, área comum com churrasqueira e estacionamento bem espaçoso do outro lado da rua. Dani super atenciosa, gostamos muito da experiência. Bairro tranquilo, perto de academias, restaurantes e lojas.
