Protaras Villa Zen

The location is fantastic, 10 minute walk to Lidl and the strip. The villa has everything you need. The pool is cleaned regularly and a decent size. We will definitely stay there again.

Goede ligging, goede bedden, goed sanitair, moderne keuken, schoon. Bij aankomst stonden er een paar levensmiddelen klaar.

Hoekbank sleets, doorgezakt, verwarming van airco in woonkamer werkte niet terwijl het te koud was. Wel werden er snel de volgende dag losse verwarmingsunits gebracht. Zwembad zag er goed uit maar kan in koudere periode niet verwarmd worden. Op dak rammelen bij bepaalde windsnelheid en windrichting onderdelen van de zonne-waterverwarming. Dit heeft ons wel wat nachtrust gekost.

A nice quiet location but still near to the town. Beds weee very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice

A few basic essentials missing (oven gloves, Clothes Airer even though there was a washing machine). We asked the management company about the airer but they didn’t help. The outside furnature is very tired and worn

The swimming pool (when it was clean) was a good size. Location - only 10 minutes from the main strip. The speaker in the livingroom for listening to music.

The air conditioning didn’t work upstairs - we were told not to leave it on when we were out so the villa was far too hot and humid. There is no light when waking back to the villa at night, which is difficult when you have a buggy on a bumpy road. The swimming pool hadn’t been cleaned in ages when we arrived so couldn’t swim in it for a few days. The sinks didn’t drain properly and the smell from the drains was awful.
