Protaras Villa Zen

This villa was everything we wanted in a relaxing holiday. Private pool which removed the stress of sun bed wars! In a lovely location which is very private and not overlooked. Close to the strip to eat in the evenings and Lidl to stock up for the week. Walking distance of Fig tree bay for your beach days! 10/10 highly recommend this villa for a peaceful chilled out holiday.

The location is fantastic, 10 minute walk to Lidl and the strip. The villa has everything you need. The pool is cleaned regularly and a decent size. We will definitely stay there again.

Goede ligging, goede bedden, goed sanitair, moderne keuken, schoon. Bij aankomst stonden er een paar levensmiddelen klaar.

Hoekbank sleets, doorgezakt, verwarming van airco in woonkamer werkte niet terwijl het te koud was. Wel werden er snel de volgende dag losse verwarmingsunits gebracht. Zwembad zag er goed uit maar kan in koudere periode niet verwarmd worden. Op dak rammelen bij bepaalde windsnelheid en windrichting onderdelen van de zonne-waterverwarming. Dit heeft ons wel wat nachtrust gekost.

The swimming pool (when it was clean) was a good size. Location - only 10 minutes from the main strip. The speaker in the livingroom for listening to music.

The air conditioning didn’t work upstairs - we were told not to leave it on when we were out so the villa was far too hot and humid. There is no light when waking back to the villa at night, which is difficult when you have a buggy on a bumpy road. The swimming pool hadn’t been cleaned in ages when we arrived so couldn’t swim in it for a few days. The sinks didn’t drain properly and the smell from the drains was awful.
