All in all I would definitely come back to this property. Very spacious , beautiful neighborhood, it does need a little cleaning up in the yard . Pool area gets a ton of leaves . But the house itself is worth the stay

We loved the house and really enjoyed our time there! ❤️ The pool was clean and tennis court in good shape. The kitchen was a dream and the great room was amazingly spacious. All the beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. The property owner was responsive and helpful. The location was little bit of a drive from downtown Tampa, but easy to get over to Clearwater Beach. I definitely recommend this place as a quality VRBO rental. Thanks.

Super cool property, the house is wonderful, the pool was dynamite and refreshing, the temperature of the water was perfect, kitchen's got everything someone could ask for, space like you can't believe, we slept like babies and woke up in the morning feeling like millionaires, we are right near the beach for when we want to go, it's huge, more space than you know what to do with, the great room was a whole another house, I want this property, it's got great privacy in a very quiet area, we loved the tennis court and the night lights, the gazebo was a real relaxing place at night, we felt like we were in another world, thank you we will be back!

We rented this home for 3 days to host family and close friends for our wedding celebrations.. overall we had a nice time but there are definitely a few things that could have been better! Our check in process was horrible.. we traveled and hour and half from where we live and arrived at 3:35pm .. when we’d arrived I tried calling Keith and Charlene countless times with no answer. At about 4:15pm and being on hold with VRBO customer service Charlene has finally answered and provided us with the front door access code. Upon entering the house it was beautiful but it had this weird musty mildew smell through out it, but it was pretty easily covered with room spray. Cooking for a large group of people in this home was a disaster!!!! Only two out of 5 burners on the stove work and they are super small so it wouldn’t even heat a large out of water to boil pasta. I contacted the owner and she offered to bring over a hot plate but never did. Also, there’s like no kitchen cookware! A few random pots and one tiny egg frying pan! Not even a baking sheet but we improvised with foil! The barbecue grills were a HUGE lifesaver. Also, only one large trash can??? The house definitely does NOT have 5 bedrooms!!!! One of the “bedrooms” is a large walk in closet with bunk beds shoved in the back of it. The 4 main rooms were relatively nice and there were plenty of blankets. The loft area has a really shady attic entrance staircase that completely blocks the entrance of the “great room” when it’s down. As far as the pool goes it was nice and a decent size but the day we arrived it was green, the second day a pool guy came without notice and made everyone get out of the pool to add chemicals, and the rest of the time the chlorine was so strong it was almost unbearable to swim in! The day of our wedding yet again without notice an entire crew of landscapers arrived filling up parking spaces and wondering around the house at all the windows while my bridesmaids and I are getting ready! In the master bedroom there’s basically no privacy bc the curtains hardly cover the sliding glass door and no curtains on any windows! When we arrived back at the house AFTER the ceremony.. they were still there...... like I said over all we enjoyed our stay but this house could be so much better if properly attended to!
