Very good apartment with a lot of space and all facilities. Communication with the owner is clear and easy. He met us, explained everything, and left a welcome treat for us. Which was super nice. In addition, we were provided with useful tips about restaurants, places to visit, gas station, and supermarket locations.

die Größe des Appartement war außergewöhnlich, die Terrasse sehr groß und mit einer schönen Aussicht, insgesamt hat uns die ruhige Lage sehr gefallen
die Zufahrt in die Garage ist selbst für die engen Gegebenheiten auf Madeira - sehr sehr eng, wäre unser Mietauto nur wenig größer gewesen - wären viel mehr Einschläge zur Einfahrt in die Garage nötig gewesen und Kratzer fast unvermeidbar

Die Lage, die Größe.
Es gab kein eigenen Außenpool, kein Garten, keine Hängematte, was in der Beschreibung stand. Diese Kriterien waren entscheidend gewesen für unsere Buchung. Der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse war sehr alt und zerrissen, nicht funktionstüchtig. Eine Matratze im Schlafzimmer war so hart gewesen, dass unser Sohn gar nicht dort schlafen konnte. Der Filter im Wasserkocher war teilweise nicht mehr vorhanden , so dass wir das Gerät nicht nutzen konnten wegen Gefahr von Plastikteilen im Wasser.
