Villa Marianna
Splendid villa immersed in the greenery of its park 20 minutes from Como in a central position between Como, Varese, Lugano, Malpensa Airport and Milan with nearby golf courses. Quiet location with private park and swimming pool, ideal for families, tourism and business trips.
The accommodation:
Villa Marianna - approx. 370 square meters interior and approx. 150 of external porches open onto the garden.
Inside we find:
Ground floor: Large living room with grand piano, library, desk, sofas, armchairs and TV. - Fireplace area with sofas and TV. - Lunchroom. - Spacious kitchen with large small brother table, Tyrolean stube, fireplace and all appliances, bathroom.
Basement: Basement with sofa bed, laundry room with lava dryer iron shoe rack and shower.
Mezzanine floor: Eloisa room with two beds, Sabine room double bed (divisible), shared bathroom with shower and bathtub.
First floor: Albert room double bed with terrace and bathroom, Marianna room with double bed, bathroom. All rooms with TV and WI-FI.
Outside we find:
A large porch equipped for outdoor dining with a wood-fired oven and barbecue and a porch for relaxation area.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the villa through an electric gate, parking inside.
Interaction with guests:
Upon check-in, an introductory tour of the structure will be carried out to provide all the necessary information.

Das Haus mit dem Grundstück ist sehr geräumig, sauber und in ruhiger Lage, der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Der Grill im Garten ist sensationell! Der Kühlschrank könnte ein wenig größer sein und das WLAN etwas stabiler. Es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und ein paar Restaurants, wir haben meistens selbst gekocht und gegrillt, hierfür sind alle Untensilien vorhanden.
Die Hostfamilie ist sehr freundlich, wohnt gleich nebenan und steht für Anliegen, etc. sehr hilfsbereit zur Verfügung.

Live like a local, in the thick of things, yet in a house that is quiet and cool. WE stayed in end of June, and swam every day among the bees smothered lavender. the house is close to Como, Milan, and Varese, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are very nice, and were around when we needed things. Lots of grocery stores, and restaurants close by. We loved Found Sushi which acted as a nice palate cleanser to all the pasta we ate:) The Pool is surrounded by Cypress, and calms you down:) See you soon Paulo and AnnaM!
