Hosts friendliness, size of apartment, amenities, quiet area. If we had any issues they would have been quickly resolved (we didn’t have any issues)
The only thing I can think of here is a slightly better explanation of entering the apartment, from front door. (Maybe physically show this)

Auch wenn wir diese schöne , geräumige Unterkunft als Bochumer aus wiedrigsten Umständen buchen mussten , so ist es uns hier fast wie zuhause gegangen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe trotz der zentralen Lage. Die Anbindung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist top. Die berühmte Dönninghausmetzgerei( bekannt für die beste Bratwurst Deutschlands) ist direkt gegenüber. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen!

Sehr saubere, zentrale Wohnung, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist, was man benötigt inkl. Wasserflaschen am Bett und einem Piccolo im Kühlschrank. Am Nikolausmorgen standen sogar zwei Schokonikoläuse vor der Tür. Eine ganz liebe Geste. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
