A family-style property, located in the Jatiúca Trade Residence (JTR) development, in Edifício Australia, in the most upscale area of Maceió, on the 1st block from the beach, a Jatiúca beachfront condominium, close to the best restaurants, malls, bars, pubs, clubs and gyms. The condominium is a complex with approx. 13. 000m², consisting of 5 residential buildings and a commercial building with a gym, supermarket, various stores, pharmacy, consulting rooms etc. With the difference of offering a beautiful landscape combined with infrastructure and security, as it has a 24-hour surveillance service. It also has a swimming pool, barbecue area with leisure area. It is fully air-conditioned.

O apto tem boas condições de hospedagens com tudo funcionando . A localização do prédio fica perto da praia de Jatiuca uma das melhores praias de Maceió. Infelizmente o apto fica de fundo e da uma quadra poliesportiva alta. Apesar de ser no 5°andar não tem vista e a varanda que vi na foto que parecia para fora é para dentro precisando desde cedo ligar o ar condicionado. Recomendo o site Homeway que funciona muito bem.
