The property was clean and tidy.

Collection of the keys was simple but the instructions to get into the car space, the right elevator were an escape room in itself… certainly has room for improvement. The information needs to flow, in sequence step by step. Not the guest needing to decode and rely on locals to get into the building. The deposit of $200 was a shock as it’s not in the info before you book the accommodation. I’ve used booking. Com for years and have never had any issues but this owner wanted all details through personal text. Exhaust fans in bathrooms don’t work… they really need too.

Checking in to this property is near impossible. there is no reception desk, you have to call them 30mins before you are going to arrive so that someone can meet you with the keys but you have no idea who this person is and so may as well stop random people on the street and ask them. They prefer card payment on arrival and then hit you with a surcharge. they also hit you with a $200 extra security bond to check in. Communication is terrible

Communication was awful. The listing is misleading. They don't want you to do anything through booking.com and make it near impossible to check in. But if you cancel the booking once you realise how difficult it is last minute, they will charge you as a no show. Book somewhere else- anywhere else if you haven't already booked here!
