Everything was great!! A really atmospheric and homely place.
Sam and the rest of the staff are friendly and always willing to help.
Sam can organize anything from transport to doctors visits(thanks again Sam!!)
The Cafe adjoining has the best muesli with curd that I have eaten in India!!
......that I had to leave!!

Sam was a great host. Very friendly and arranged a car to Udaipur for us. The location is perfect and we could see several of the tourist sites with just a short walk. The hotel is beautifully decorated and staff are very helpful.

Interior was nice, with lots of interesting art pieces, some of which for sale. Modern vibe but with traditional decor. Friendly staff. Hotel was close to the clock tower & even closer to the step well. It was also a short distance to restaurants that overlooked the palace
No windows, but there was a small balcony.

Location is good in the old part of the city. To get there you must take a tuk tuk as cars don't really go in. We arrived on a Saturday night, so the streets were not just busy but chaotic. Other days were fine. But this was not a problem for us.
Lovely cafeteria in the same property. Staff were so friendly and room was spacious and clean.
The room was very but very warm. Ac barely functioning properly which was unpleasant at some moments especially during the month of April. We did address the problem but no alternative / solution was given (there were other rooms vacant).
No mini fridge.
Towels had some stains.
Unfortunately this is why I am giving it a rating of 6.
