Nelíbil se nam personál který nefungoval v době kdy měla probíhat snídaně , snídaně která nebyla připravené v včas a vše bylo studené personál po dobu snídaně byl vidět zřídka , museli jsme je upozornit na doplnění kávy , vody , pečiva atd

Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy na stoki w Cerny Duł, Jańskie Łaźnie. Śniadania bardzo dobre na zimno i na ciepło ale mało urozmaicone. Parking, przechowalnia nart i suszarnia na buty była dostępna. Możliwość wykupienia bardzo dobrych obiadów na miejscu w restauracji.
Nie podobało mi się brak możliwości regulacji ogrzewania, przynajmniej nie działała. Było zdecydowanie za gorąco. Brak możliwości skorzystania na stojąco z toalety ze względu na skos dachowy. Słaba znajomość języka polskiego przez obsługę.

Dobre tanie piwo w restauracji na dole Śniadania też ok
Wysoki kelner, był nieuprzejmy, arogancki, nie potrafi dobrze piwa nalać, 2/3 piany. Twarde materace Gularz karkonoski masakra, sama cebula 5 kawałków mięsa i czarne placki ziemniaczane

Perfektní lokalita a prostředí
Ne zcela úplně čistý pokoj. Noční hluk personálu vracejícího se v 1:40 ze směny. Nevyhovující večeře - tvrdé maso, špinavé ubrusy apod. Nevyhovující snídaně - permanentně nefungující kávovar, obsluha neschopná jej zprovoznit, plesnivý chleba, prošlé jogurty. Personál baru - ten chlapec, ve zcela jiné galaxii než by měl být…
