Das Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich und verständnisvoll. Besonders beim früheren Check-out wegen unserer Situation wurde sehr hilfsbereit reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch die Cocktails am Abend waren sehr gut und das Frühstück hat uns gefallen.
Leider konnten wir die Nacht kaum schlafen, da es sehr viele Insekten und Tiere im Zimmer gab: Ameisen, Geckos, Spinnen und auch kakerlakenähnliche Käfer. Besonders unangenehm war eine Spinne unter dem Kissen sowie Ameisen in der Dusche. Das Zimmer war aus unserer Sicht nicht ausreichend isoliert, da es bei Türen und anderen Stellen offene Spalten gab, durch die Tiere leicht hineinkommen konnten. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse war das für uns leider nicht akzeptabel, weshalb wir am nächsten Tag früher ausgecheckt und in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt sind :(
