Udobnost, privatnost i odlična lokacija. Metro stanica ispred zgrade, povezana sa aerodromom i ostalim delovima grada, autobus 32 isto ispred zgrade, vodi direkt do plaže, stanica za rentu gradskih bicikala takođe ispred zgrade. Prevozom sve na 10-15 min.
Gotovo nepostojeća komunikacija sa vlasnicima (sačekaće vas prvog dana u dogovoreno vreme u stanu, predati ključeve, dati šifru kutijice za ključeve koje ćete ostaviti u istoj po odlasku i više se verovatno nećete čuti ni videti), sve što vam bude zafalilo ili se ne daj Bože desi neki problem, teško ćete stupiti u kontakt. Koriste WhatsApp, često su offline i ne govore engleski.

Хорошая студия, есть всё необходимое-миникухня,кондиционер. Очень хорошее расположение,автобус nr. 32, прямо около дома , за 15 минут можно добраться до центра и за такое же в противоположеннную сторону до пляжа. Без контактное заселение, владелец квартиры на связи .
Единственное, матрас на кровати немного пахнет сыростью.

La localización
La ducha era la esquina del baño, sin plato ni nada parecido. Cada vez que te duchabas el baño mojado para todo el día. Y ni siquiera una fregona para poder secarlo. Y el baño olía a desagüe y tuve que comprar un ambientador. Tampoco había bolsas de basura... Todo algo justito en general.
