The villa is perfectly located next to Agios Ioanis, one of the biggest beaches in Lefkada. Although windy sometimes, the water is clear and turquoise, so a real pleasure to swim. We had the villa and the yard just for us and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms for our group, was perfect! Dishwasher in the open kitchen is a plus and we also had the washing machine but we didn't use it. The AC worked perfectly in the entire house, which was great as we had some very warm days. Vasia our host was really nice and helpful with tips for beaches and snorkeling and food, and also with anything else we might have asked for. Everything was very clean, the sheets, the snow white towels, the entire location. The yard is filled with oleanders all around and very well maintained grass. A perfect stay in Lefkada, we would definitely recommend!

Location and view.
Lack of laundromat is a huge minus for us - 2 adults and 2 kids. Grass could be in better shape.
