Take this place for value of money. Only for shower, sleeping & resting! Parking ok!
It is clean, water is hot & powerful. Aircon super cold!
There is no amenities at all such as cutlery, pot & pan, plate, kettle, glasses or cups. A kitchen with basically nothing. Totally nothing!

Zentrale Lage. Ein Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt einen Wäscheständer wo man seine Wäsche trocknen kann.
Man kann abends die Musik der Partyboote vom Hafen her hören. Im Nachbarhaus gibt es aktuell einen Hund der nachts sehr oft gejault hat.

Aparcar por la zona...... casi misión imposible. Así que si encuentras un buen aparcamiento mejor no mover durante la estancia.

Albania frumoasa
Ne a placut foarte mult statiunea Sarande.Vila nu este departe de plaja La Petite, plaja centrala neamenajata a statiunii, de magazine, cafenele, benzinarie, restaurante de pe faleza.Drumul abrupt mentionat si de alti turisti care s-au cazat la aceasta vila, drumul care trebuie strabatut de fiecare data cand vrei sa ajungi la plaja, pe faleza sau magazine, nu ne-a speriat atat de tare...La final de concediu va recomand cu tarie sa faceti anul acesta o schimbare de la Bulgaria si Grecia, sa vizitati Albania
Am fost cazati la aceasta vila doar doua nopti, noi petrecandu ne majoritatea concediului in Durres Albania. Am dorit sa vizitam inainte de a ajunge in Romania si statiunile din partea de sud a Albaniei si bine am facut.Intr adevar e diferenta mare intre Durres si Sarande sau Ksamil si ca peisaje, mare, obiective de vizitat, restaurante, calitatea mancarii dar si ca preturi.Diferenta de pret am simtit o mai mult nu la cazare vila, la magazine si plaja(pret in iunie plaja Durres cu nisip fin 500 leke, plaja La Petite din Sarande intrare in apa cu bolovani 1500 leke, plaja Bora Bora Ksamil 2000 leke)
