Grosses Haus, Garten vollständig umzäunt (gut füttern Hunde), voll klimatisiert

Insektenschutz wäre eine Verbesserung, ebenso eine Lounge zum Chillen für draussen und ein zwei kleine Tischchen für die Liegen am Pool. Ein aufstellbarer Hundepool für heisst Tage wäre ebenfalls nice... aber das sind wirklich nur "zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten"... Nur TV im Wohnsimmer ist etwas klein. Es war wirklich sonst alles top

Great property, inside and outside spaces are spacious and relaxing. All you need is on site as the house is well stocked with utensils etc. All rooms are en-suite. The living and sleeping spaces are nicely furnished. The outdoor seating area is generous. Safe for families. The area is remote yet well placed to explore Istria. The host was easily contactable and responsive, no nonsense and good to deal with.

Nothing to dislike, just a practical observation, the car is needed for everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa! The house is really nice, each bedroom has it’s own bathroom which is exceptional, the pool is amazing and has a massage function, the whole property is surrounded by a fence which is great if you’re staying with your dog.

Everything you need you have to do it by car (shopping, beach) and there were really a lot of flies and mosquitos
