A perfectly tranquil overnight stay. Carola was very communicative with precise instructions of how to reach and access the property. Lovely coffee machine. To be honest, I opened the front door and felt happy with everything I saw in front me.

Nothing that really springs to mind for a short notice 1 night stay.

Posizione centralissima, facile da raggiungere dal parcheggio. Appartamento molto grazioso.

Location was perfect, near to anything you would need to visit in Tarquinia. Also the Necropoli was just 20 minutes walk from the apartment. The place was very clean and had every facility you need, also in the kitchen. Our stay was very brief, so we could not even test the kitchen for breakfast, but everything seemed to be at the right place and in working order. Architecture of the place is very nice and cosy. We really liked it. Heating works very fine. We booked with very little advance (1 hour or even less). When we arrived the apartment was already at the right temperature. The shower was very good and I am very picky about showers. Beware of the parking rules. The host gives precise information about it. Follow their advice! Otherwise, pain (12 € fine to be paid in coins) is assured.

Not a problem for us, but the apartment is full of steps, to reach any place. Even entering it requires to go down a few steps. But then you do not go anywhere without steps, be it the bathroom or the kitchen. So be advised if you have mobility issues. I may remember wrongly, but your only source of natural light will be the entrance door. Not a problem for us, but for some it may be.

Ottima posizione, in centro, arredato con molto gusto, attrezzato con tutto quello che serve. La proprietaria è molto disponibile, alla mia richiesta di dove stendere ha comprato uno stendino.

La zona notte è al piano terreno ma la zona giorno è sotto il livello stradale, quindi risulta buio e umido. Fortunatamente dotato di deumidificatore che ha migliorato la situazione,
