Excellent visual location though I will always look for 7 day on site restaurant.

Breakfast was excellent as one would expect. Good range for small number of rooms. Restaurant food excellent but this is as expected for the rating. Location was very attractive.

Very small bedroom. Larger ones available at extra cost but expensive for small size. Isolated location meant restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday lunch more of a problem. Booking.com should have clearly communicated this which seems to be common for local restaurants in this area. Restaurant did help by supplying a limited plate but that was adequate and helpful.

Breakfast was easy but excellent with wide choice and excellent local products and very nice lady in charge. beautifull view . I want to insist on one point : kindness of all personnal (reception , lady for breakfast, waiter) . People were just nice and smiling and helpfull ( to search for a restaurant)

not easy to find when you come from Vannes : No exact adress and Kerbot is not mentionned in the GPS. If you come from Sarzeau is easy, but not if you come from Vannes ...a small detail.....

Large Very comfortable room in a small hotel with a gourmet restaurant

Spacious room with huge comfortable bed, wonderful walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. The spa facilities were nice - big jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. (but we didn't realize we had to pay 15€ each per day to use it). The gourmet restaurant with a very good wine list was much appreciated. Good breakfast buffet (again, 18€ extra per person per day).

The WiFi would work great and then for no reason just stop working. Impossible to reconnect until later or the next day. The extra charges for use of the spa.

Straightforward out-of-town place with excellent in-house restaurant, well-situated for attractions.

Breakfast is favourable in comparison with similar types of good quality properties. The restaurant was much better than we had expected, and offered several very good wines. Air conditioning in the room is a real bonus in case of the hot summers which can prevail in the region. Plenty of mains sockets throughout the room was handy, considering the amount of tech items which we usually have between the two of us !

Le manoir est situé près d'une grande route très fréquentée. Les chambres sont dans une annexe et non dans le manoir. Le spa est accessible soit avec un supplément ou alors soit si vous réservé un massage. Petit déjeuner à 20 euros par personne. . Compte tenu de la proximité de la route nous sommes loin d un 4 étoiles mais c est bien le prix d un 4 étoiles à 280 euros la nuit.

Très bel établissement avec des chambres vastes et bien équipées. Personnel très agréable. Un domaine agréable et bien paysagé. Le restaurant était également très bien.

Zeer schone en ruime kamer, kleinschalig, vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke gezichtsbehandeling in de spa.

In onze kamer was alleen een bad; een douche was fijn geweest (hadden we bij het boeken beter op moeten letten). Verder lag het aan een vrij drukke weg.
