We enjoyed exploring a new neighbourhood around the apartment. The apartment itself had different parts, so that gave quite a bit of privacy. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching outside. We cooked breakfast in the morning so that was convenient, and had some tea and coffee. The host was kind and helpful and helped us with directions and the check-in.
It felt a little bit rundown. Small details, like the shower being loose on the wall connection, handles coming off from the balcony doors, paint chipping, et cetera. It would be great to have a small pan available, as well as scissors.

Depuis la crise de 2009, le chauffage ne marche pas dans les immeubles, manque un petit chauffage d'appoint pour la salle de bains, manque quelques ustensils dans la cuisine : saladier, torchons, casserole, cuillère en bois

Nous sommes arrivées avec énormément de retard (la faute à l'avion), en pleine nuit, notre hôte a été disponible et très compréhensive.
L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, bien équipé dans une résidence calme.
Il est proche de tous les commerces possibles (le must, la boulangerie juste en face et à l'autre coin, le primeur).
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
Aucun aspect négatif sur l'appartement.
Evitez d'y venir en voiture, il est très difficile de se garer (nous avons eu la chance de trouver une place à 5mn de marche) mais il existe des parkings payants dans les environs (20€ la journée).
Le métro le plus proche est à 20mn de marche.

Μας εξυπηρέτησαν δύο αστικές γραμμές κοντά στο σπίτι μια για το κέντρο και μία για την Γλυφάδα.Υπαρχει απέναντι από το σπίτι φούρνος,μαναβικο-παντοπωλειο 24 Ώρο και κοντά στο σπίτι λαϊκή αγορά με πολύ ωραία προϊόντα την Τρίτη.
Ο χώρος της κουζίνας χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση δεν υπήρχε ούτε απορροφητήρας, για να μην εγκλωβιστουν οι μυρωδιές ανοίγαμε ένα παράθυρο σε φωταγωγό.Το πάτωμα του ενός δωματίου είναι κατεστραμμένο.Τα χερούλια για να ανοίξεις τις μπαλκονόπορτες μας έμεναν στο χέρι.Δεν υπήρχαν τέντες και ο ήλιος έκαιγε το σπίτι.Στο μπαλκόνι επί της Φιλολάου φύτρωσαν χόρτα 😄.
