Location was great. Good restaurants in walking distance, market was right outside the door. Free parking is an issue, but paid parking was not too far. Air conditioning was good. Although I have some criticism below, I still rated the property as a nine "9".
This property is not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue. Steep stairs up to the apartment. Bed was adequate but not particularly comfortable. Linens/towels not great.

La ubicación es perfecta. El balconcito a la calle, pese a ser muy pequeño, permite poder estar sentadas dos personas y disfrutar de la vista al canal
Las escaleras de acceso son muy empinadas y estrechas, hay que tener cuidado al subir y bajar. Dentro del apartamento había arañas y telas de araña. En el balcón y en las ventanas también. Si no te gusta verlas, mejor no ir. La luz del baño también tenía mucho polvo, no se debía haber limpiado nunca.
