In general the room was fine, had many utilities in the kitchen, the cleanliness was acceptable, wasn't that dirty as we expected it would be after reading a few reviews about it, radiators working well, it was hot in the night, wasn't noisy, very close to the slopes and bus to the center coming every 30 minutes until 23:00.
Communication with the agency there was awful, sometimes he did not answer us for a 72hours, in the beginning he did not give us a key to the ski locker room so the first night we had to pay in a different place and the rest of the time bring our snowboard to the 4th floor without an elevator and to the small room. On the 3rd day he told us he will come but he did not, and did not send us any message till the next evening. Finally, he gave us a key to the locker but it was in another hotel. He told us he will refund us up to 60euros for the inconvenience but we did not receive anything. No information about check-out, good for us that we had our bath towels and sheets cause the option they gave you to rent was not available as the host did not meet us in the beginning, he just left us the keys in the room telling us he is busy. The communication with the person there was really really horrible, every time he was busy or sick.
You should change it on the website:
- NO SKI LOCKER IN THE BUILDING
- NO OPTION TO RENT OF TOWELS OR BED SHEETS

Solo la posizione direttamente sulle piste e il garage coperto per la macchina
Cinque piani senza ascensore
Sporco. Polvere sui mobili. Stoviglie unte ..una padella completamente non lavata e riposta...
Neanche un rotolo di carta igienica e uno strofinaccio. Bagno sporco
Niente televisore
Nessuna assistenza in loco. Anzi la signora che doveva darci le chiavi non si faceva trovare al telefono e abbiamo dovuto tel alla proprietaria in
Spagna...che ci ha cmq risolto il problema.
Già soggiornato in questa stanza due anni fa dove cmq si era passati in un agenzia a ritirare chiavi e sacchetto con detersivo, strofinaccio carta igienica ecc...
E il prezzo era la metà.
