Location and accommodations
Who ever cleans is not very good. We would walk beard footed around the apartment and our feet were very dirty. Also the guest bathroom shower has residue of some kind. Besides that the apartment was great.

There are two two bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet) which was practical.
The apartment was spacious and the staff were responsive.
The beds were a little hard but this wasn't a big issue.

roomy: spacious.
some nice touches like the singer machine.
1)needed a better clean. cupboards were musty, etc
2) VERY loud at night, motor noise from street: (windows need to be changed). all parties agreed on this. I went and slept on couch the first night to escape it and visited a pharmacy on 2nd day to buy earplugs for me and family members.
3)rooms need a fresh paint.
4) bedding was old/worn and single bed mattresses poor quality.
5) check in was inconvenient. had to go to an office downtown to pick up the key. no check in at property itself.
