A bit challenging to find the facility from the main road

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren sehr schön, auch die Größe des Zeltes war gut. Frühstück war ausreichend und Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet

der Pool und die Liegen dazu waren nicht sauber, Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften, die preislich gleich waren, war die Auswahl und Qualität des Abendessens nicht besonders toll.

Sehr freundliches Personal und wunderschöne Zimmer. Wir haben eine Sonnenuntergang-Fahrt auf dem Flus gemacht und viel Flusspferde gesehen.

Large, beautiful room with a huge deck and a stunning view.

Booked and stayed at the Deluxe Room/cabin. During the night their was a power failure which resulted in the boiler not working in the morning and an ice cold shower. I understand, following a power outage, someone has to reset/reboot the boiler to start working again - that someone obviously failed doing so. So far so good. TIA. I don't get fuzzy about power outage or a cold shower. However, I would have expected the manager come up with something like: We apologise and we take 2 Cocktails off your bill or give you a discount on the sunset cruise - a little compensation. But nothing. Fully billed for a Deluxe room without hot water. Just a "sorry sir". I don't mind a bit of discomfort - but I do mind ignorance. They don't care about repeat business? So be it.
