Upstairs Unit, Casa Tranquilla is a beautiful, well appointed home located in the private gated community of El Cid. Overlooking the palm trees and the El Cid Golf Course of # 9 Castilla, this residence is ideally situated for a sun-filled holiday with all the perks. Spanish for “Relaxing House,” your stay at Casa Tranquilla will leave no doubt in your mind as to the inspiration for its name.
The Golf Course provides a magnificent view of your natural surroundings. The alfresco lifestyle is completed with a barbeque grill, as well as outdoor dining areas. Indoors, you will find a home entertainment system with satellite TV, Wi-Fi access and purified water.
Beautifully framed archways of rich woods combined with marble floors, neutral tones, give a classic hacienda look to the exterior, yet a contemporary feeling to the interiors of this home. The large, open plan living, kitchen and dining areas come together in a symphony of style. The sectional couch makes a perfect place to curl up with a good read, and the dining table is both stately and modern. The kitchen comes fully equipped with lots of counter space and a long breakfast bar.
Two comfortable and immaculate bedrooms, with extra bedding accommodate up to four guests at Casa Tranquilla. The Master bedroom features en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

Short 5 min to the front entrance of El Cid where you can find shops, restaurants, beach front hotels, and nightlife. Ocean activities are readily available like, swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours and much much more. Easy access to Mazatlán's cabs (pulmonias) and buses.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Good location, fun to watch the golfers, quiet during the day, water temp and pressure great, management easy to contact with office on Gaviota, all the kitchen stuff you need, decent security
Cons: Pretty dated decor and furnishing that smells a little old, the street noise in the bedrooms at night is a bit much

We cannot say enough good about the service we received from Maria Elena, Lionne, Kristen, and their team at Mazatlan4Rent. Truly top notch: clear communication, a warm welcome, personalized service to help set up wifi, smart TV, found us an electric kettle quickly after we requested one, and answering questions about the area to create a beautiful stay.
The condo is beautifully laid out with a large dining room table and open area facing out onto the golf course (we liked spying on the golfers and enjoying our morning coffee and afternoon cocktail on the large deck). The kitchen was well equipped and set up well for cooking all of our own meals.
For us the only negative about this condo was that the bedrooms faced the street and we found it very loud at night (trucks, motorcycles, and the occasional pulmonia going by blasting music); weekends were the worst, and we did have a few good sleeps, but if you're a sensitive sleeper it would be best to ask for a different address.
Over all, this the best rental experience we've had as the management company is responsive, friendly, and givers stellar service.

lovely spacious condo with all the comforts of home....satellite T.V. wireless and all appliances. We loved the balcony for that early morning sun and coffee and equally as nice to have a shady place for cocktails after a day at the beach! Great access to all things "touristy" e.g. beach, golfing, nightlife, restaurants, transportation etc....and comfortable beds as a bonus!
We have fallen in love with Mazatlan and find it to be a charming city with friendly and gracious people. We will definitely be return visitors Must do's - wander Old Towne, the seaside malecon, - Plaza Macho's restaurants, take a ranch trip to experience life in Mexico. "Surf's Up" for Sunday Brunch - the best!
Mazatlan 4 Rent were wonderful to attend to our every request and promptly solve every slightest problem.....highly recommended!
