    the proximity to the train station is exceptional and the various convenience stores are a god send. a quiet, comfy location.

    Good value for money, basic room. Lovely and helpful staff and service. A bit smelly, maybe from smoking rooms through the air vents. Good location for our needs, right near Tsukamoto Station. Supplies for the room were a great touch- tea bags etc.

    A pleasant stay with polite and helpful staff. The room was clean. Very accessible as it was near to train station and a station away from Osaka train station. Will stay here again when visit Osaka again ! Thks for the good experience!

    I requested a non-smoking room but they gave me a smoking room and told me I couldn’t change it. For someone who doesn’t smoke, having to be on a smoking room is the worst. Would not return.
