    This is my second stays at Joi Boutique. The property boasts an excellent location with easy walkability and friendly staff, making daily outings convenient. Housekeeping was satisfactory, though cleanliness could be improved. Facilities are decent but nothing standout. However, issues with sleep quality, transport options, and lack of garden space impacted the overall comfort and value.

    Tổng quan dịch vụ của khách sạn rất ok nha. Khách sạn thoáng, sạch, vị trí tốt. Các bạn nhân viên dễ thương. Dịch vụ chung có (1) khu vực giặt sấy, có cây là quần áo luôn; (2) khu vực bếp và bàn ăn ở tầng trệt rất rộng, có đủ dụng cụ bếp, tủ lạnh, miễn phí cho khách sử dụng nha. Các bạn muốn tự mua đồ về ăn cũng rất tiện nha. Về phòng ở thì khách sạn làm lại từ 1 khách sạn cũ trước đây, các khu vực chung đã sửa lại đẹp, cầu thang ở giữa sảnh nhìn xinh xắn. Phòng chia 2 kiểu (1) một số phòng đã được làm lại toàn bộ, mới và đẹp, giá cao hơn (2) một số phòng sơn sửa lại nhưng vẫn giữ một số nội thất cũ, cơ bản là sạch nhưng không mới nha, giá sẽ thấp hơn. Trước khi book các bạn xem kỹ ảnh của từng loại phòng chứ đừng nhìn chung chung cảnh quan rồi book dễ bị thất vọng rồi review thấp cho khách sạn tội nghiệp. Có khu vực để xe máy trong nhà nữa rất tiện.

    Mình đặt phòng đôi vào 2 ngày cuối tuần nên giá phòng vào khoảng ****/đêm. Lúc đầu nhìn vào đánh giá thấy có vẻ cũng ổn, không gian của khách sạn chụp hình lên trông cũng đẹp, chill chill nhưng thực tế thì..... 1) Đầu tiên là bãi để xe, không thấy người trông giữ, đường hẻm đi vào thì lát bằng gạch trơn (mình đi lúc Vũng Tàu đang có mưa nên khi chạy xe vào hầm trượt bánh cực kỳ) đã vậy bãi xe còn là nơi để cục nóng của rất nhiều máy lạnh.....kiểu bước chân vào nhà để xe là 1 không gian nóng nực, hầm 1 cách kinh khủng khiếp luôn ấy.... 2) Về nhân viên thì có vẻ như là mới, không được training tốt, ghi là hỗ trợ 24/7 tuy nhiên là các bạn gần như không chia ca ra để hỗ trợ. Hôm mình đến check in tầm khoảng 4h chiều, tất cả các bạn lại cùng bỏ đi ăn cùng lúc, mình phải chờ 10 phút thì các bạn mới có mặt để hỗ trợ được....còn bạn trực đêm thì mình thấy trải cả chăn nệm ra nằm đến tận 8h-9h sáng xuống thì thấy bạn mới dọn dẹp đi.... 3) Về phòng ốc xây dựng thì kiểu nửa vời.....thật sự không chỉnh chu gì hết @@ phòng thì rộng rãi thật nhưng nhà vệ sinh thì lại cực kỳ nhỏ, cống thoát nước tệ, mùi cống xông thẳng lên phòng nên tính ra thì nhà vệ sinh thì hôi cực kỳ. Điều đặc biệt đáng nói là phòng CÁCH ÂM CỰC KỲ TỆ, gần như nghe hết tất cả những gì đang diênc ra bên ngoài. Mình đặt 2 đêm nhưng chỉ ngủ 1 đêm thôi là phải bỏ đi về vì đến tầm khoảng 4 5h sáng là nhà thờ đối diện hát ca đoàn và trong phòng gần như nghe đầy đủ hết không thiếu chữ nào..... Kết luận lại thì đây là 1 khách sạn (hoặc homestay) có vẻ mới, cơ mà được review hơi quá mức, dịch vụ đi kèm thì chưa đạt đủ giá trị....
