Niestety, pobyt w tym obiekcie był rozczarowujący. Kontakt z gospodarzem był utrudniony – telefonów nikt nie odbierał, a jedyną formą komunikacji był WhatsApp, co znacznie opóźniało reakcję na zgłaszane problemy. Mieliśmy duży problem z dostaniem się do mieszkania – zamek był uszkodzony i konieczna była jego wymiana. Personel był nieprzyjemny i mało pomocny – mimo naszych zgłoszeń twierdzono, że wszystko działa prawidłowo, choć zamek w drzwiach był ewidentnie zepsuty. Ostatecznie to my musieliśmy nalegać na wezwanie ślusarza i czekać na jego przyjazd oraz wymianę zamka, co zajęło sporo czasu i skutecznie popsuło początek pobytu. Dodatkowo kuchnia była ubogo wyposażona – brakowało podstawowych przyborów do przygotowania posiłków.
