Clean, comfortable, secure (locks on main gate and entrance), quiet, had good sleeps at night. Allison is a very friendly and responsive host. Grab to Ipoh Old town is just 5 Ringgits! And then everything is within walking distance!

Owner was very welcoming and helpful.
Location really let's the place down. It was a good 15 / 20 minutes walk from city. Road outside very noisy all night from traffic. Local market across road gave off very unpleasant smell from rotting waste in skip. Barking pack of dogs and chickens woke us ear!y both mornings.
