I liked the location, the price, and the amenities. The first couple of nights the wifi was a bit slow, but after that it worked perfectly. Really good place, especially if you want a base for a longer stay.

I can't find anything to criticize.

It was very simple and comfortable. There was a lot of space and the layout was nice and easy to access. I’m pregnant and I have a back injury and it was so nice to have things at a nice level to reach them. There was lots of equipment for me to use if I needed it. There was a nice high table that had good chairs. The bed was firm which was really nice for my back, but it was really really firm when you lay on your side. There were lots of pillows which was nice, I especially liked the fluffy white pillows. All of the utilities were easy to use. The shower was nice and warm! And I’ve now switched to the same shampoo as the hotel, because the shampoo that the hotel uses is really good for foreigner hair. It’s very gentle, and it doesn’t strip your hair, but it also doesn’t give you oily hair. It was really nice and my hair has been so shiny and so soft and so straight since I started using it at the hotel. I sent my husband to buy some of the shampoo from the store and put it in our new house. The stove was really cute too. I like the way that it was decorated. I really loved having the big mirror and the super soft couch. It’s a beautiful apartment hotel, and I was really comfortable and relaxed staying there.

This may be because of the season, and it might be normal in NARA for this to happen, but the AC is stopped working in the nighttime. At around midnight for several hours it just pushed out cold air or barely blew anything. I live in Japan and my AC does that too sometimes, but it doesn’t do it consistently for hours. It was really cold actually. So I think the AC was having trouble to run. Luckily, they had a heat tech blanket for you to use, so I slept in that with my big woolly cardigan. Overall it was completely fine though. My new house has floors that is colder than the hotel and I was very comfortable in the hotel. My AC at home also now is very janky so that hotel’s AC was much better than the one in my NARA house currently LOL. And I know this isn’t really a big thing, but because I’m pregnant it just made me uncomfortable, the laundry machines net was not new, so the previous occupants during it and fluff were still in there. This might be fine for most people, but I’m very sensitive. So, I was not able to use the washing machine as I had hoped to. But I have lots of clothes so it was OK.
