What we liked: the location of the apartment, a clean building and residential complex, fresh towels, and bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo). One extra bedsheet was missing, but after I contacted the host, it was delivered quickly.

First of all, cleanliness. Unfortunately, it was below expectations. When we arrived, the apartment was quite dirty: there was dirt and crumbs on the floor, a lot of dust on the furniture, and all cabinets were full of dust and dirt inside. The curtains looked like they had never been washed, and the bed linen seemed very worn, as if the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. Thankfully, there was a vacuum cleaner, so I was able to clean the floor myself, which was important since we were traveling with children. Secondly, the 300 PLN deposit seems unreasonable. The apartment looks fresh in the photos, but in reality most of the furniture is quite old and worn. Half of the bed slats are damaged, the sofa is peeling, and the TV is outdated and not working. In my opinion, a deposit makes sense for a new, well-maintained apartment with new furniture, but here everything is already in a very used condition.
