It's a lovely property in a great location!The pictures on the posting are dated and should be updated because the interior was better looking than the pictures. The only room that looked like the photo was the game room. The pool table is run down. Now to the not so good stuff. We paid to have the pool heated 24 hours prior to checking in (200 USD). When we arrived (Saturday) it wasn't heated. It wasn't even warm. We waited until the next day to call the property manager (emergency number where you leave a message and they return your call since it was the weekend). We read the book that gives an overview of the property and were aware of certain things like the pool only being heated for 12 hours a day. When the property manager called back she gave me the overall pool run-down (basically repeating what I said in the voicemail) but said she would send someone out. When the man came he tested the water and confirmed it wasn't heating properly. The owner then confirmed that the maintenance man would come the next day (Monday). The thing is, the hottub and the pool are on the same heating system. So if you want the hot tub hot, you HAVE to pay for the heated option. So the maintenance man came and "fixed" it but it still wasn't properly heated. The hot tub was warm. It never got hot. We didn't bother calling back. Overall, we would stay again. The pool heating just needs to be corrected. It really is a great property.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet suburb of Davenport. The bedrooms were spacious with 2 of the large bedrooms having doors to the pool area. The other door to the pool area is off of the family room. Plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils in the kitchen.
The only negatives were the remotes for the TVs were a bit confusing, and the grill had not been cleaned after the previous renter.
All and all, we would definitely come back to this home next time we're in Floreida.
