booked a stay for 3 days at the Park V with my wife and were very pleasantly surprised. Please be careful when plugging in the address on at a GPS as specifying that this Hotel is on north 5th avenue instead of just 5th avenue is very important.
The staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean and the location is very convenient. if you need parking, make sure you call ahead to reserve parking as there are only 3 spots for cars. Breakfast was ok although the choices were limited and the bread selection cannot compare to the bread sold at any bakery in the vicinity.
All in all, I will definitely stay there again.

I stayed in room 303 (First floor) and struggled for WiFi the whole week. They refused to change room without upcharge. It was only stable from Bathroom. I was not able to work without leaving my room. DO NOT stay here if WiFi is important. Breakfast was definitely not worth paying for. Finished at 9AM and was nothing left after 8AM. Place was good other then these 2 issues.

The hotel is located near an area that you wouldn't want to walk alone at night. But taxis are cheap and plentiful. Breakfast is on an open patio which is nice, but food choices were limited. The front door is locked at night so you need to be let in. Very nice security.
