This bright and spacious four bedroom LOWER LEVEL condominium is located less then 2 blocks from Wildwood's Convention Center, beaches and boardwalk. The boardwalk is 2.5 miles long with amusement piers, restaurants, and specialty shops.
Families can relax on the deck, or sit back and relax in front of the fireplace.
Wireless Internet is included at no additional charge.
The Family Room has a 49" Smart TV.
The kitchen table has 6 chairs, and the kitchen island has 6 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 10, a blender, toaster, toaster oven, KEURIG coffee maker and all needed pots, pans, and utensils for cooking.
The living room has a huge sectional.
This smoke-free condominium has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser with full mirror, closet, additional dresser, Smart TV and a full bath.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser and end table, and a Smart TV.
The third bedroom has queen size bed, 2 dressers, closet, and a Smart TV.
The fourth bedroom is our "kids" room with a triple twin bunkbed, a 3/4 Full futon, dresser/desk, closet, and a Smart TV.
Convenient outside shower in the back yard to clean off after a long day at the beach.
A charcoal grill is provided for barbecuing.
Convenient parking for up to 3 vehicles.
A fully stock garage with plenty of beach accessories (chairs, boogey boards, and beach toys).

We stayed for a long weekend with family and friends and the house was very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. Very close to the beach, boardwalk and convention center. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and cafes as well as a supermarket a couple blocks away. With that said it is also perfectly located that the block is quiet as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this place over the weekend while our kids had an event at the convention center. It was the perfect Latin! Walkable to the convention center and still quiet and family friendly. The place was clean and had all we needed. Great communication for the owners! They made sure we knew what to bring and what was there for us to use, and immediately got back to us when we texted questions. We lived the place so much that we decided to extend our stay and enjoy the comforts of this home rather than rush out. I highly recommend the accommodations and the owners.

Rented it for Barefoot, Thursday to Monday. Me, my boyfriend, my 3 big kids (15-21) and some friends. I hate when beach houses don’t have beach chairs. This one I believe had 4. And 2 of them were rickety & rusted & looked like they were pulled out of somebody else’s trash. There are no bath mats, there are no cutting boards, the cookware is not good enough if you’re cooking for a crowd. One large-ish pot. One large-ish pan. We cook dinner every night. And breakfast every morning. It was a challenge. Knives were dull because people have to cut their food on the granite countertops since there aren’t cutting boards. And there was not a knife sharpener. There was no bathroom soap. Some leftover Clorox wipes in the kitchen. Otherwise we had to buy/bring literally everything. Cabinets were BARE. Not a piece of foil. Not a roll of TP. There is also no broom. Only a vacuum. So walking in you could feel sand on the floor. And we tried our best to clean it up each day & when we left but there was still sand on the floor. It was in a good location. I appreciate any place that has a large island with seating around it & a large sectional couch so everybody can sit comfortably. That’s really why I got the place.The beds were comfortable. A covered porch is nice rather than uncovered. Some outdoor seating, although the lounge set was broken. We fit 3 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. That was a plus.
