Bäst av allt är personalen! Läget är fantastisk, stranden är precis vid hotellet. Frukosten mycket bra! Finns både lokala rätter och mer kontinental frukost. Städning varje dag, ac på rummet etc. Alla i personalen är super trevliga och gör vistelsen på Nala till den bästa möjliga. Vi kommer tillbaka!

We are in love with Nala Veli!!! All the staff made sure we were happy and satisfied. The girls at the reception, the boy who cleaned the rooms, the waitresses in the restaurant. It is close to the beach, there are sunbeds for hotel guests.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schnorcheltouren speedboatfahrten und vieles mehr konnte man direkt an der Rezeption buchen. Die Mitarbeiter waren rund um die Uhr fĂĽr einen da. Schnocherl Equipment sowie strandtĂĽcher standen zur VerfĂĽgung

The location was great. Had the beach just across the road.
All of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Especially the manager was really great and gave us a better experience of the service.
Unfortunately the food didn't had the best quality. Looks and smells delicious, but didn’t taste fresh. Also, everything is super spicy! As an all inclusive guest you get a special menu, but if you stay for two weeks you don't have many options. We paid a lot more just to get an all inclusive experience. We needed to ask for the regular restaurant menu to get better choices. You should have many options to choose from as a all inclusive guests. Nothing you should ask for in the first place.
Also, as an all inclusive guest you should get food and drinks unlimited and whenever we want. But it was only at specific times of the day you could eat and drink. Also, if we wanted to have more than two drinks, we needed to pay for those. We always needed to explain that all inclusive guests already paid almost double for the service.
The same thing happened on New Years. We took two drinks each at the party, and the next day they served the same drinks at the buffet in the evening for free to everyone. The day after, they came to us with a bill for the drinks we took at the party. We needed to argue about that it as really weird and shocking to ask us to pay for the drinks when we already are all inclusive guests and also the fact that they served the same drinks for free the day after.
We never needed to pay extra for anything, just because we always needed to explain what all inclusive means. We understand that all the small businesses needs income to have a great service and also development. But, respect the meaning behind all inclusive, and how much more we paid just to get food. It actually would be much more cheaper if we didn't have all inclusive and went to other restaurants several times per day for two weeks.
Not even the events or the boat transfer was included for all inclusive guests. So, to pay much more just to get a different menu to choose from was actually unnecessary and waste of money.
