Pensión Rustica Alemana

Large room. Good breakfast.

It's unfortunate that some guests got mixed up coming late at night and knocked at our door by mistake.

A beautiful stone building with modern highlights. A large room and bathroom gives plenty of space and a lovely feel to the accommodation. Ana was a very easy and pleasant owner to meet and host during our stay. A good table service style continental breakfast finished our stay here. I would happily return for this nice town and this rustic Pensión.

Friendly welcome, convenient location, stored bicycles safely for us, lovely building with character, spacious room, nice evening meal, very happy to leave our breakfast out so that we could make an early start,

Shower cubicle leaked

We arrived slightly too early to check in and said to the unfriendly bar man that we’d be back to check in later. Not a good start. Unfortunately through no fault of the Pension there was a fiesta on that night very close by which meant that no one in the Pension slept that night due to the extremely loud music ( a DJ on the back of a truck with a huge sound system) ….if you are walking the camino and need a good nights sleep check before staying here! The owner explained the next morning that she tried to get them to turn down the music and stop earlier ( the music continued till 4 pm) but to no avail.
