About this house rental
We are located 1km from Guéthary and 5km from downtown St Jean de Luz (bus shuttle 100m).
In the neighborhood of Acotz, rich in entertainment (guinguette, food trucks, restaurants, 3beach ... ....) and still very urban, you can do everything on foot.
The new house is very well equipped.
On the floor: A nice stay / living room crossing exhibition North / South, 1 cooks very equipped, 1 room with bed of 160 + dressing and 1 SDB (shower with the Italian) and 1WC
On the ground floor with 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160cm, 1 bed 140cm mezzanine) with cupboards (2) and furniture (1) storage, 1WC, 1SDB (walk-in shower) and a cellar of 17m2 ideal for storing bicycles and surfboards
New appliances: induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, wifi (fiber) ....
Outside: at the level of the floor, 1 swimming pool secured with submerged shutter, exposed East-West, 2 terraces wood, several equipments of outside (barbecue, deckchairs, table of garden), 1 garden and 1 place of parking
At the ground floor level: 2 parking spaces
Sheets and towels provided (weekly rental only)
End of stay cleaning 100 €

Maison très agréable, plages accessibles à pied, en voiture à 15mn du centre de St Jean de Luz et 30mn de Biarritz. Le camping à côté n’est pas dérangeant.
Très bon accueil, bons conseils et disponibilité agréable du propriétaire.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette agréable maison neuve, avec piscine et plancha.
La plage et des restos à pieds, ou St Jean de Luz et Biarritz a 5 min de voiture, en poussant 10 à 15 min vous êtes à Irun ou San Sebastian pour qlqs emplettes.
Merci aux propriétaires pour l’accueil et les renseignements sur les alentours.
Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes 1ères vacances avec notre bébé dans cette villa neuve très bien équipée.
La terrasse et la piscine sont appréciables après une journée découverte du pays basque.
Merci à Eric qui est très disponible tout au long du séjour.
