Amazing

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a confortable stay. The location is great - just a few minutes away from the city center and Super Morzine cable car. Valérie is an amazing host - very welcoming and she helped us when we needed during our stay :)

Fab property, Great lcoation. Will return

Excellent property for our family. Well equipped and very comfortable. Best shower ever. Valerie the host was lovely and kept us well informed. The property is located over the 'wobbly bridge' just a short 15mins walk into town. Superb location for all bars/restaurants and ski lifts

To keep the apartment clean (which we did) leave some cleaning products available as it’s a pain to carry from the shop.

Reasonable price, ok for a few days.

Good location. Ok to stay for a few days. Clean. Good communication prior to arrival.

Main bedroom has no light as shutters on windows and it did not feel secure if they were open. It was noted to be recently renovated but lots of marks on walls. No instructions for use of tv, heating, shower extension over bath. Did not see owner at all. Obviously a renovated garage.

Unexpectedly superb and left us longing to return

The property was open and keys inside, directions were provided by the owner. Everything was above expectation for the property as we thought it may be run down. Good parking, great views, only 10 minute walk to the centre, 8 minutes to the ski lift of Super Morzine.

Nothing, everything was great for 4 adult friends to enjoy a fab trip. Any nit picking would be the 10 minute walk when tired after a day of activity, but it all adds to the healthy lifestyle.

We enjoyed our 3 night say at Le995 and would use the apartment again in the future

The property was clean, warm and comfortable and only a 10 minute walk in to the centre of Morzine. The host, Valérie was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The facilities in the apartment were adequate for our requirements.

A wash hand basing in the toilet would be beneficial, but other than that we were satisfied with the apartment

We stayed for a ski holiday and found the facilities great. The check in process was so easy and our Valerie was so help

This is a lovely apartment with all the facilities you need to enjoy a stay and more. Its very comfortable and the layout is practical.

There really is nothing to dislike about the property but we found it a little strange that there was no door between the bedroom and the bath/shower room to provide privacy when sharing. It is easily overcome and did not impact adversely on us.

Perfect accommodation for two couples or a family, close to all Morzine has to offer!

Great location, well situated to walk into Morzine centre for the Super Morzine and Pleney gondolas + restaurants/super market, or you can jump on a bus to Ardent for another route up the mountain.

Nice Apartment in Morzine

Good views of nearby mountains and within 1/2 mile of bakery and other shopping. Right across the street from the French Alpine Language school! Good facilities for cooking. Very kind host.

Bedrooms quite small and on a busy road for communters morning and evening. Couldn't hear cars from apartment though-but a busy, loud journey when walking in the area.

Superb

The location is opposite of the language school. So it is extremely convenient to get there if you do a course at the school. It is also on walking distance to the charming city center. We stayed here with our 2 children and had A great time.

Great stay at Le 995

Great scenery and several options for skiing. The Super ski lift in Morzine is 10 mins walk, you can also go by (own) car or bus (less than 5 mins to busstop) to Prodians to explore Avoriaz and other parts of Port du Soleil. Also 10 mins walking distance to Morzine centre with all kind of nice restaurants and shops. The owner (Valerie) is very nice and speaks very good English and some German.

L’appartement est parfait, bien équipé et bien entretenu. Literie de très bonne qualité et salles de bain en très bon état. Valérie est très sympathique et prévenante. N’ayant pas de voyageurs après nous, elle nous a permis de rester jusqu’en fin d’après midi le jour de notre départ. Top !
