Ecocrackenback 4 Sustainable chalet.

This property was great and the kitchen was much better equipped than what was on the ad - eg the microwave was a convection oven and there were 2 stove elements which you couldn't really see from the photos, so might be good to update the ad for these villas - this was a great small kitchen as we cooked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the cleaning supplies etc were great. Another small cake of soap for people would have been handy. The heated floors and drying cupboard was fantastic.

We requested late check out with 48 hours advance notice as my son was racing in the Snowy Mountain Bike Festival and we wanted a noon check out to allow him to shower after the race and for us to collect all our things (which would have given us more time on the final race day). Unfortunately they responded that morning to say no due to cleaners then responded mid morning (after we had packed and left) that it was ok. Given the cost of this accommodation and the ample notice for our request we were disappointed given no one had booked the villa for the day after we left.

Beautiful location, pretty cabin

The roof and back wall had flapped open and needed resealing as kept us up all night on first night by banging mouse it created. Was somewhat fixed when reported but still made a noise on the wind. No television and DVD player had to be replaced. Coffee machine wasn’t working and place needs a little extra attention to detail when cleaning. S
