The property is exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Everything was comfortable and clean. TV worked well. Kitchen was well equipped with many things one would need including a nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, hot plate, microwave, toaster, cups, plates, etc. they also had so water, juice, coffee (powder & pods), sugar, fresh fruit and a few more staples. Bathroom also had some shampoo and body wash which I was happy to see since I rarely ever lug those when traveling. The instructions provided to locate the apartment and keys were incredibly easy and contact with the owner was easy and always quick. Cute functional little patio too that was a nice little bonus. Location as far as distance to all the sites was PERFECT!!!
Location as far as noise could be an issue for some. We arrived on a Wednesday and that evenings well into about 01:00am, people were making so much noise outside on the street, mind you the windows and patio door remained closed. Thursday evening the street noise was better but the people next door were out in the hallway for some time and would not shut up and kept going in and out of their apartment and since the door to our apartment is basically in the bedroom and is right next to their door and hallway, it was hard to ignore especially when we had to be up by 02:30am for our flight back home.

Location and size of rooms.
I think improvement would be to have some instruction on how the hot water works and where to dispose of garbage. A sharp knife would also help.

location location!!! it’s was clean and well organised!
the only thing was the bed which is a double. we just found it far too small. a queen bed we would be ideal and far more comfortable. my husband slept on the
lounge.
