Very clean and comfortable bedroom and facilities, kind and helpful staff, lovely view of the surrounding hilly landscape, good homemade food. The hotel manager was very friendly and helped us organise trips to the various sight spots. He also lent us x2 yoga mats so we could practice near the pool overlooking the lake.
The location is good, but you must hire a driver to reach any of the sites Wayanad is famous for, and they may charge excessive fees. Not necessarily a problem if you have your own vehicle or are just spending time at the hotel to relax.

Everything-Staff made us and our stay comfortable, room wss spacious view from room wss great, service was great, thanks to Amal:) food was on point -loved appam, puttu & malabar chicken curry(must try) & sunset view from the property.

Breakfast was ok. Bread/jam/butter along with that, you get either boiled egg or omlette and a local breakfast item. Place was quiet as expected and view from room was excellent.
Approach to the resort is really bad. There is no access road and you need to off-road to reach the location. Also the parking is provided on a steep incline. Vehicles with low clearance will have difficulty. Also you need to place dinner order by 2 PM as only the items that have been ordered will be provided. You cannot order anything spontaneously.
