Velence Korzó Pihenőház

Quite cosy cottage, loved the ambience. Has a nice little fire place inside. The apartment had 4 bicycles and we loved the ride around the lake which is less than 2-3 mins by bike. Loved the huge garden space and a small kids area behind the cottage. Also has a barbecue grill. We visited during Christmas and the owners offered a bottle of wine which was a quite great gesture from them Property looks exactly as in the picture. Both the bedrooms are in the first floor so you might have to watch out if you have elderly people with mobility issues. Excellent stay with family and kids during summer. Very friendly owners who regularly checked on us via message.

1. Heating : We visited during winter and there is only 1 ac outside in the small passage of the room which can be doubled up as heater but could not keep both the rooms warm enough. ( weather outside was -3 degrees C and extremely windy) => Note : it’s not a complaint or a negative review though. We did not use the fireplace or the electric mobile heater 2. The washing machine was quite small. We did not use it though. Since there is abundant place around the property, it may be good idea to add a regular 5 or 7 kg washing machine.

Cosy, perfect for one family, beautiful frontyard, everything you need is thought of in kitchen, bathroom and livingroom.

A szálláshely lokációja kiváló, nagyon tetszett továbbá, hogy nem rögtön az utcafronton, hanem a telek belső részén helyezkedik el a ház. A két autó számára bőségesen elegendő, telken belüli parkoló, valamint a bejutás módszere is remek. A ház és a konyha is jól felszerelt, a wifi stabil, az ágyak kényelmesek.

A hálószoba ablakán lévő árnyékoló nem takarta ki teljesen az üvegfelületeket, így a reggeli nap sugarai elég világossá tették a szobát. Esetleg érdemes lenne megfontolni a roló lecserélését egy black out függönyre. Ettől függetlenül a szálláshely nagyon szépen karban van tartva!
