I really enjoyed my stay here, and loved the chalet and its decor and layout. So peaceful and beautiful. I wished I could’ve stayed another night. Had everything I needed and the bed was super comfy. Just a beautiful all round place to lodge.

Attention to detail with the decor and finishings in the room. It was so inviting, from the bed layout with the towels to the homely crockery (beautifully flower themed) in the fully equipped kitchen. Really the nicest accommodation we have stayed in since being in New Zealand for 9 months.
The only thing I can put here is that the Spark wifi was erratic. Which is out of the accommodation's hands, but consider giving them a call to up their game. It was really the only slight blemish on a lovely trip.

The room provided was comfortable and very spacious. Had we booked later on in the Cherry Blossom season it would have been even more enjoyable.
Had to ask multiple members of staff about keys and why the door was not locking with the one provided. Staff seemed very helpful but somewhat stressed (at high tea we didn't receive our Sparkling High Tea, and were told it would be delivered to our room later - this did not happen). Ate at the Restaurant that evening, my partner and I joked about how the Fathers Day Weekend Music Playlist was purely depressed Dad-Rock.
