Everything is clean, tidy, organized.

- Reasonably sized good looking property, with nice pool and facilities although would be vastly improved with an additional parasol. - Not in the bustle of Lloret. - Bedrooms were nicely sized, air conditioned and clean

- Location states 1km from Lloret, in reality it is more like 3km on a road that couldn't be walked this equates to 15 Euro each way trip as a party of six this must have cost us in excess of 550 Euros. If you are coming with a car this would be negated but although there is a parking bay this is gated and sealed off so on street parking in a very limited area would be required and in a people carrier impossible. - There are no shops anywhere in the vicinity, again it's taxi's to get to the nearest supermarket and back. - The agency states rubbish must be taken to bins daily or a fine will be involved, these are actually at the bottom of a steep hill, up treacherous stairs approximately 5 minutes walk away, on check out in the early hours this was pitch black. The only other way is to walk round which is about a 1km walk down hill!!! - Lots of stairs not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues as one of our party had. - The property seems to be located quite near a kennels, there was lots of noise every morning and late at night from barking dogs, too many to be residential. - 2 of the bedrooms had no wardrobes for hanging clothes, just 2 small bedside drawers. - There were only six in our party and bathroom towels were in short supply, if there had been 8 it would have been far too little.
