the view was stunning - like an eagle's nest overlooking St, Moritz - the tap water quality - heating was great - sufficient white crisp towels
the whole place simply needs an overwhaul. for what you get we found it way overpriced. everything old. the cups show the glaze - the light in the kitchen is not sufficient - the couch seating is completey sat through - The place is not suitable for dogs if you are not a mountain climber, nowhere to let the dog run.

Excellent view and comfortable property. Would love to stay there again.
Returning the keys is out of the way. A key lock box would make this process easier and more viable and less costly.

view over Dorf, lake and mountains
a very unreasonable & grumpy neighbour complaining many times about our ‘noise’ - were went ‘noisy’ - even complained at 12.20am on New Years Eve!

Winter in December 2020. The view is wonderful. The walk to town does not take long, but it is a steep walk, if you want to walk to the ski lift/Chanterella in ski boots. Still not far, but must be willing to hike up hill after a long day on the slopes. If you are traveling here in the winter, have snow chains ready for your car, because this road requires snow chains due to it's steepness. We had ours on and we had no problem. Without them you will never make it up hill. Having a fully functional kitchen and two separate bathrooms is ideal for family or two couples. We liked having a private garage to keep our car in overnight, and it is especially nice on wintery snowy nights so no need to clean off the car in the morning. The water pressure is great and the water is nice and hot. The restaurants were all closed due to covid, so we loved this place at night after skiing, where we could cook all our meals and have enough space to spread out and relax. The beds were firm and comfortable. I would stay here again. Next visit in the summer!
The WIFI is definitely too slow... way too slow, 1990's slow, and the phone coverage was only a 2 bar coverage for Vodafone and Virgin. Since we were stuck inside during the pandemic, with no bars or restaurants open, the WIFI should be upgraded to a much faster speed as soon as possible. The oversized feather pillows for the beds were not comfortable, and we all joked about them feeling like we we were wrestling water balloons during our sleep. Perhaps It would be nice to offer other pillow options, firmer, orthopedic pillows, and without feathers, allergen conscious type pillows. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The view from the apartment was fantastic, very quiet location. The walk to the village was steep. Not too easy in the snow. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. The beds were comfortable.
Picking up and dropping the keys in St. Moritz Bad cost us another 30 CHF in taxi fares.
There was no spare toilet paper. The second bedroom was a bit small. The sitting in the lounge was awful, so soft and uncomfortable, that we sat on the dining chairs.
